All deliveries are handles by Royal Mail. We use a Tracked 24 service for all orders. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Our order cut off time is 9am each weekday.

All UK orders take approximately 1-3 working days, however if your item is located in a different warehouse, it can take up to 6-7 working days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns: 

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and has the original shrink seal/protection seal intact and unbroken.

Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with the details of your order.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders.

Non-Returnable Items:

•  Products without the original shrink seal/protection seal.

•  Items returned after 30 days from purchase.

•  Used, damaged, or altered products.
